Swimming Efficiently + Training Effectively = Swimming Fast + Having Fun
Summer Camp Registration Form

The cornerstone of the Swimming Efficient program is a dedication to the individual. Each athlete will receive instructional guidance in proper stroke mechanics and training techniques for optimal swimming efficiency and peak performance. All four competitive swimming strokes, turns and racing dives will be covered over the course of the week. A combination of technique and conditioning drills incorporated with critical analysis and video taping will be the methods used to teach and refine these skills. Because our focus is placed on stroke technique and effective training the program accommodates both the novice and highly trained swimmer.

Spokane Summer Solstice 2008

FUNKY TOWN - Vancouver to Spokane 2008

Our Swim to Funky Town 2009 was a big success in Spokane!
We had 43 swimmers compete in the meet. We had 24 swimmers swim the mile, most all swimmers swam a total of 5 events per day for all three days making it a long meet but great experience for our swimmers.

We had many new personal best times hit, many swimmers swimming new events and distances

The final event of the meet Sunday evening was the 400 IM. Our swimmers were very tired by this point but got in and swam it very well, several of the swimmers swimming it for the first time hit B Times!

Parent Swim - Hough Pool

Family Challenge:
Ready to get some exercise? Well for those of you who drop off your swimmer at the pool at 4:00pm and want SOME exercise, here are a few options.

1. Hough Pool is working with us for a parents swim time. You may purchase a “Tornado Lunch Pass”($45) and use it during the 4:00 – 4:30pm Slot while our kids are in land. This is great fun and you do NOT need to be a swimmer, in fact most of us doing this are not. You may also pay the Special Tornado Rate ($2.25) if you just want to come and check it out.

2. Walkers: Around 4:45 or so a group might be departing the pool area for a walk. Do not be shy. Join in or make your own group!
